Back shift alternating FAQ

Is back shift the same as night shift?
Usually not. It generally means an afternoon or evening shift, while a night shift continues through the overnight period.
Does this preset include weekends?
No. Use the custom pattern builder if your two-week rotation includes weekend work.

Keep the regional name and the correct week.

ShiftFlowr tracks Day and Back shifts as separate types across the fortnight.
