Night shift alarm
Daytime sleep is light, broken and easy to overshoot. ShiftFlowr's night shift alarm follows your rotation, fires at full volume even when the phone is silenced for daytime sleep, and reminds you when to leave for the evening commute.

The night worker's problem
You finally drop off at nine in the morning, the phone is on silent so the world does not wake you, and the alarm that was supposed to lift you at six in the evening flashes quietly instead of ringing. ShiftFlowr's alarm is built for exactly this: it overrides silent and Do Not Disturb on Android, and shows the shift name and start time full-screen.

How it works for nights
The alarm is attached to your shift pattern. When the roster moves from nights back to earlies or days, the wake-up time moves with it - nothing to re-set after a night run.
Full volume through silent mode and Do Not Disturb, so muting the phone for daytime sleep never blocks the wake-up. More on the alarm on silent page.
The leave-for-work alert fires your commute time before each start - a 21:15 departure for a 22:00 shift is handled like a 05:30 departure for an early. See the leave-for-work alarm.
The same system handles earlies, lates, back shifts and on call - not only nights.
More than an alarm
Night workers live on borrowed time: borrowed mornings, borrowed weekends, borrowed sleep. The alarm matters because the schedule underneath it is right - ShiftFlowr fills your calendar from your rotation months ahead, so the wake-up logic is never working from a shift you typed in wrong at 3 am. Read more about night shifts themselves, or the whole system on the work alarm app page.
