The full 21-day cycle
ShiftFlowr applies one chosen shift type to both seven-day work blocks. The dates move through the week because the full cycle lasts exactly three weeks.
Use a payslip or published rota to verify which seven-day block you are currently working. The three-day and four-day breaks are not interchangeable: choosing the wrong block can make the first week look plausible while every later date is out of phase. Preview at least the full 21 days, including both rest periods, before adding the schedule to your calendar.

7-3-7-4 FAQ
- Does this preset rotate days and nights?
- No. The built-in version uses your selected fixed shift type. Build a custom sequence if your employer changes shift type within the 21 days.
- Why does the anchor date matter?
- It determines whether any date falls in the first work block, the three-day break, the second work block, or the four-day break.
